Sales Position Overview

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in finding and building relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance.

Your primary objective is to educate and build trust with our customers about the benefits of surface repair as an alternative to replacement or complete refinishing.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with 10-15 contacts daily to discuss our services and their needs.

  • On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups to establish and maintain customer relationships.

Maintain and expand existing customer relationships by validating level of customer satisfaction and opportunities for improvement.

Earn the trust of our customers by educating them on our capabilities and limitations.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Sales experience, specifically cold-calling and/or B-to-B sales.
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic individual.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Professional, caring, and service-minded attitude.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus unlimited commission potential.

You will also enjoy paid holidays and accruable vacation time, as well as bonus potential from day one.
