About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Account Manager to join our Commercial HVAC team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy to drive growth and revenue through our Service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with building owners and key decision-makers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Utilize consultative and strategic approaches to sell, renew, and expand service agreements to both new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct facility walk-throughs, construction plan reviews, and other site visits to gather information and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Commercial HVAC business and its offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and influencers.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
