Job Title: Senior Analyst, Technology and Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Technology and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing initiatives to drive incremental revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct competitive analyses on category and cross-category competitors and report insights to cross-functional leadership and executives.
  • Develop commercial reporting tools to monitor performance against targets and ensure accuracy of commercial and sales incentives forecasting and payouts.
  • Partner with key stakeholders from various departments to understand how to adapt and evolve the strategy for delivering a successful project in a timely manner.
  • Utilize visualization tools to translate data into easy-to-understand reports and dashboards, used to drive actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Four-year Bachelor's or equivalent required; MBA preferred; three to five years related business analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL required.
