Job Overview

As a Corporate Financial Analyst at PCRK Group, you will collaborate with operational teams and executive leaders to develop comprehensive business strategies and ongoing financial forecasts for PCRK and its network of Massage Envy Clinics. Your role will involve the preparation and analysis of standard financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist the organization's general managers and leadership in making informed, strategic decisions.

Your expertise in Business Intelligence tools will enable you to streamline reporting processes, ensuring that essential data is easily accessible to management. As a pivotal analyst, you will construct decision-making models and conduct analyses to assess growth prospects, cost-saving initiatives, and strategic sourcing decisions. Additionally, you may contribute to business process improvements and vendor negotiations as required. You will report directly to the head of Financial Planning and Analysis and frequently engage with senior leadership and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure that the organization and each clinic maintain a clear growth strategy and understand the means to achieve it.
  • Lead the enhancement and ongoing management of the company's planning tools, which includes overseeing the annual planning calendar and quarterly forecasting cycles.
  • Assist in the design of incentive compensation structures to align clinic management with corporate goals and oversee the incentive compensation framework for clinic managers.
  • Support the timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements, including essential compliance reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the systems analyst to leverage Business Intelligence for accurate data management, enabling the generation of standard financial and operational reports with minimal effort.
  • Monitor and report on performance against established plans, coordinating with department heads and executive leadership as necessary; oversee the creation of the company's monthly reporting package.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to identify opportunities and challenges within the business, facilitating informed decision-making, including initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes and controls.
  • Engage directly with multiple regions within the PCRK network as a business partner, conducting monthly reviews and training regional leaders on financial statement utilization to drive improved business outcomes.
  • Deliver insightful analysis and narratives to ensure stakeholders comprehend the factors influencing financial performance and key value-driving KPIs; stakeholders include lenders, private equity sponsors, executive teams, and management.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to review pre-close financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data and key accruals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis tools, with the ability to create and maintain dashboards; familiarity with PowerBI, DOMO, and Empower is preferred.
  • Strong Excel modeling capabilities and experience in model development.
  • Comprehensive understanding of KPIs and business value drivers.
  • Experience with Sage Intact is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations and case analyses.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaborative environments.
  • Experience leading projects and partnering with non-financial departments, including training field personnel on profit and loss management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business value drivers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $68,000 - $100,000 DOE Annually + Up to 10% Target Bonus

Work Arrangement: Hybrid
