The Role

We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and client-focused Associate to join our Wealth Management team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a key member of our team, you'll partner with Premier Client Solutions project managers to complete documentation for each engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with project managers to complete documentation for each engagement.
  • Pre-filling required client documents for each engagement prior to client signature.
  • Client-facing communication involved with sending and executing client documentation.
  • Responsible for system data entries, key data element entries associated with each document, and KYC/AML information submissions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial services or business partner function, with contract administration experience a plus.
  • Excellent articulation, client focus, and communication skills.
