The Events Marketing Specialist will plan and execute a wide range of marketing events, including conferences, networking events, trade shows, and internal events. This role will support the marketing events team in managing the coordination, communication, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive multiple projects forward simultaneously
  • Help organize and set up projects for success from initial stages through execution
  • Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess success metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage event communications using various marketing email communication tools
  • Drive budget development, management, tracking, and reconciliation
  • Work closely with sales and enablement teams to set up pre-event emails, targeted registration lists, and tracking weekly numbers
  • Proactively manage project and event timelines, and manage weekly event reports
  • Clearly articulate NCR VOYIX's brand vision internally and with third-party production vendors to create best-in-class experiences
  • Bring deep knowledge and understanding of the experiential landscape to the planning process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or other related fields
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and hit deadlines
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience in Cvent platform
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends, holidays, and non-standard hours
