Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to our front office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Operate computer systems and software to manage patient records, schedules, and other administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of our front office.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
