HRIS Coordinator

Trinity Solar is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Coordinator to support our human resource information platform. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HRIS system.

• Oversee and maintain the optimal function of the HRIS system, including maintenance and upgrades of applications, systems, and modules.
• Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
• Program custom functions and documentation, such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
• Compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for HR staff.
• Serve as a lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
• Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
