Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our hotel, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credit card transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Perform credit checks and establish direct billing accounts with vendors and clients.
  • Conduct biweekly credit meetings to review overdue/direct billing accounts and maintain accurate collection logs.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of property management system and manual procedures related to the F&B Dept.
  • Assist the accounting team with ensuring all F&B comps are recorded correctly to the financial statement daily.
  • Assist the accounting team with ensuring all F&B related revenue, including Banquet & Catering, is posted timely.
  • Participate in all month-end inventory counts, including the verification of inventory pricing ties to recent invoices.
  • Assist with all credit card inquiries and disputes.
  • Learns, understands, and refers to the Concord Operating Procedures (COP).
  • Follows safety and security procedures and rules.

Pay Range

$63,000 - $79,641.65 annually, depending on experience.
