Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all practice operations, ensuring excellence in patient, employee, and physician satisfaction, and maintaining a positive staff culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage practice operations, including staff supervision, patient flow, and workflow optimization
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Manage all aspects of practice finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
  • Provide training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and technology
  • Manage physician schedules and templates in the practice management system
  • Oversee care center purchasing decisions, inventory management, and supply ordering
  • Set annual budgets and financial planning goals
  • Approve invoices and bills for payment, ensuring compliance with financial budgets
  • Review daily routing tickets for accurate charge collections
  • Work with accounting and revenue cycle departments to ensure maximized reimbursement
  • Communicate with HR and IT departments on employee relations and technical issues
  • Attend scheduled managers' meetings at the executive office
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including cash flow, productivity, and profit and loss statements
  • Schedule and coordinate monthly physician meetings
  • Maintain the physical appearance and organization of the office
  • Coordinate regular staff meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in managing medical practices
  • Knowledge of practice operations, accounting, and human resources
  • Bilingual Spanish highly desired
