Job Title: Dental Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team at Friedman Dental Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Full Arch Implant Surgical Prosthetic Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Schedule staff, provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and verify/approve time cards and time-off requests.
  • Front Office Duties: Collaborate with front office team members to answer phones, present treatment plans, schedule patients, and verify/bill/post insurance.
  • Business Management: Ensure the practice meets production and collection goals, re-appoint patients, and delivers the exceptional patient experience we strive for.
  • Leadership: Work with providers to lead your team to success, set the office tone from morning huddles to celebrating wins, and everything in between.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Managing specialist dental practice.
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality surgical dental treatments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
