Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve invoices in accordance with financial policies
  • Monitor daily routing tickets for charge collections
  • Coordinate with accounting on accounts payable
  • Assist the credentialing department with necessary documentation
  • Work with the Revenue Cycle team to optimize reimbursement
  • Communicate employee relations issues with HR
  • Coordinate with IT on operational needs
  • Collaborate with the CEO on practice operations
  • Promote the practice brand and its physicians
  • Monitor workflow and open tasks
  • Attend management meetings as scheduled
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including cash flow and productivity
  • Organize monthly physician meetings
  • Maintain office organization and appearance
  • Coordinate regular staff meetings
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in medical practice management
  • Strong knowledge of practice operations, finance, and human resources
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
