Key Responsibilities- Maintain Kitchen Work Areas: Ensure that all kitchen work areas, including floors, walls, and equipment, are clean and sanitized to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Keep Equipment and Utensils Clean: Wash and sanitize all equipment and utensils to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment.
- Remove Trash and Recycling: Remove trash and recycling from the kitchen and dispose of it in designated containers.
- Assist with Banquet Setup: Assist with setting up banquet tables and the front of the house to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Load and Unload Supplies: Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products from delivery vehicles.
- Distribute Supplies and Equipment: Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed to ensure that all areas of the kitchen are well-stocked.
- Comply with Sanitation and Safety Requirements: Ensure that all sanitation and safety requirements are met, including proper handwashing, glove use, and cleaning procedures.
- No Experience Necessary: We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to Work Rotating Shifts: Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.
- Competitive Pay: $16.15 per hour.
