Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by running food from the kitchen to the table in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist servers by expediting food orders, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support the restaurant team by completing side work, including polishing, silver and glassware, and ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are clean and well-maintained.
  • Monitor and observe guest dining experiences to ensure that all guests are satisfied with their meals and service.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of all menu items and beverage programs to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Complete setup and breakdown of the restaurant, including detailed cleaning of the work area and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure that all restaurant operations meet food safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fine dining or upscale casual environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
