We are seeking a skilled Accounting and HR Coordinator to oversee essential financial and human resources functions within our organization. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of accounting tasks and HR duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and manage primary financial data for accounting records
- Prepare and submit payroll to the payroll processing company
- Conduct monthly closing processes
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Engage in pricing and margin analyses (training will be provided)
- Monitor and manage sales tax collection, reporting, and related activities
- Conduct inventory valuations
- Generate reports and provide necessary information to management
- Collaborate with external CPA firms as needed
- Make necessary adjusting entries
- Handle HR-related tasks
- Compute and accurately record numerical data
- Verify the accuracy of business transactions
- Execute additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor and strong team collaboration skills
- Prior experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
