National Account Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a National Account Support Specialist at Mud Pie, you will oversee order fulfillment, manage sample requests and fulfillment, support sales staff with travel and presentation needs, track department goals, and provide item setup and customer support.
This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. You will work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and solving problems effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage in-house national accounts
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and meet customer requirements
- Follow Key Account orders, auditing cartons, and checking for correct labeling to reduce warehouse errors and chargebacks
- Coordinate with warehouse and VAS teams for order processing
- Manage sample requests, including customer sample placement, packing, shipment, tracking, and return
- Provide travel support, including sample shipment, tracking, line sheets, and presentations
- Track department goals and manage the Goal tracker
- Provide item setup and customer support, including market recaps, item set ups, and web account support
- Manage rep samples, road kits, and showroom sample orders, as well as line sheet updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of work experience as an administrative assistant or in a sales support position
- Expert level competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and written
- Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
- Time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work at an extremely fast pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously
