Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Focused Improvement Specialist to lead our efforts in process improvement and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement across our organization, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency, and implementing best practices to enhance our performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and identify areas for optimization
  • Develop and maintain a project savings tracking system to monitor progress and measure success
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Support the integration of process improvements into business practices and establish high-quality assurance standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process optimization
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma are highly preferred
