Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, supply chain management, and staff scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and Sommelier to create menus and wine lists that showcase local and seasonal ingredients.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a manager or general manager in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Excellent wine knowledge, with sommelier-level certification a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Experience with marketing and social media a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
