Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.
About the Job
This travel Speech Language Pathologist position is a 13-week assignment with 40 hours of work per week, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans for patients with swallowing, speaking, and understanding challenges.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and create effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate regularly with healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a home health setting.
- Current state licensure and BLS certification.
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Communication Sciences and Disorders.
