Disability Assessment Opportunity for Licensed Psychologists
At MRG Exams, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Psychologist to conduct comprehensive disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
We value experienced professionals who can deliver high-quality evaluations and provide valuable insights to support the Veterans Administration's decision-making process.
This role involves reviewing behavioral health records electronically through a secure web portal and performing in-person assessments on each Veteran.
The selected candidate will complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the web portal, but will not make disability determinations, which remain the responsibility of the U.S. Veterans Administration.
As an Independent Contractor, you will work independently to assess 4 Veterans per day, contributing to the delivery of quality services to the military community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive in-person evaluations and complete DBQs exclusively for assessment purposes
- Review behavioral health records electronically through a secure web portal
- Deliver high-quality assessments and recommendations to support the VA's decision-making process
- Work independently to assess 4 Veterans per day
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program/school
- Active and unrestricted Psychology license
- Meet credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
