What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit and assurance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and building strong relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review complex financial statements and audit reports.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage audit teams to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve audit processes and client services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
  • 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
  • CPA certification.
  • Strong background in audit and assurance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and building strong relationships with clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience.
