Quality Assurance Analyst Job Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional hospitality at our veterinary hospitals. This position partners with regional leaders to guarantee that our hospital teams provide top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit recorded client calls and transcripts to assess call quality and identify service opportunities.
- Prepare call quality reports to track and communicate key findings to operations leadership.
- Document call criteria and appointment outcomes in the call tracking platform to capture accurate data.
- Share individual calls or widespread themes to help our operations team identify areas for improvement.
- Achieve call research performance targets and process management goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated success tailoring messages to various audiences.
- Previous experience working within a veterinary hospital or comparable experience in a healthcare setting.
- Self-starter who takes initiatives and maintains excellent follow-through and follow-up.
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with the corporate team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage daily productivity with limited supervision.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and similar Google applications.
