Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Practitioner: Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
- Leader/Decision Maker: Manage interpersonal relationships, mentor colleagues, and assume authority and accountability for the nursing care of patients.
- Scientist: Actively seek out current evidence and standards, apply and translate to daily practice, and role model a culture of inquiry.
- Transferor: Communicate effectively, partner with others to effect change, and precept students and other members of the healthcare team.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience, or Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience.
- Licensure/Certifications: Licensed Registered Nurse with NH eligibility, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required upon hire, and ACLS Certificate required upon hire in certain units.
