Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to manage and coordinate integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects through all phases of design, permitting, and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects through all phases of design, permitting, and construction.
  • Work cooperatively with business unit client representatives and all CRB business units, including quality, engineering, procurement, estimating, and safety and scheduling.
  • Client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of fifteen years of experience in the Engineering & Construction Industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing integrated teams including subcontractors.
  • Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager.
  • Demonstrated understanding of integrated project delivery including engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
  • Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction.
  • 'Design/Build' experience a plus.
  • Obtain and maintain industry-specific certification, including but not exclusive to: PMP & AECPMA.
