Job Title: Branch Manager

Herc Rentals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in North America. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring positive revenue generation, high customer service standards, employee development, and continued excellence in productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Think strategically and critically to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Take initiative and work autonomously to manage a diverse team and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality operations.
  • Manage a profit and loss statement to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
  • Effectively grow a diverse portfolio of customers and manage a fleet inventory mix to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Be a safety leader in the branch, setting the tone and expectation for the highest safety standards.
  • Be an expert in the equipment rental industry and support continuous learning at the branch on new fleet and equipment applications.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of relatable experience in a leadership role.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
  • Ability to safely drive and operate multiple types of vehicles and equipment.
  • Ability to regularly lift 50lbs or more.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
