Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support the talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates. The successful candidate will manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence, assist with strategy development, and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates.
  • Manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in developing strategies to drive branch sales and profitability.
  • Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping, and receiving, as well as sales and operations, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Solve problems at the branch level, investigating customer complaints and making necessary adjustments.
  • Manage operational branch-level problems, investigate inventory discrepancies, and make adjustments as required.
  • Serve customers and support counter and inside sales functions as necessary, ensuring accurate billing and timely scheduling.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
  • Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Pay Range

$65,600.00-$95,100.00 Annual

Hawaii law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements, including experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors.
