Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates.
- Manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence, ensuring seamless operations.
- Assist the Branch Manager in developing strategies to drive branch sales and profitability.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping, and receiving, as well as sales and operations, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Solve problems at the branch level, investigating customer complaints and making necessary adjustments.
- Manage operational branch-level problems, investigate inventory discrepancies, and make adjustments as required.
- Serve customers and support counter and inside sales functions as necessary, ensuring accurate billing and timely scheduling.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
- Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
- Spanish language proficiency preferred.

$65,600.00-$95,100.00 Annual
Hawaii law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements, including experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors.
