We conduct thorough assessments of new clients' health and fitness through a proprietary, technology-driven process that allows us to tailor their fitness programs, ensuring effective training sessions from the outset.

Job Summary


As a Marketing Coordinator at GYMGUYZ, you will be results-oriented and focused on achieving goals. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance brand visibility within our designated area to support lead generation and revenue growth for our personal training and group exercise offerings.

Your main objective will be to strategically develop and implement the marketing plan in collaboration with the Franchise Partner.

Additionally, you will engage the entire GYMGUYZ team in marketing initiatives to ensure success, which will be measured by lead generation and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activities (including guerrilla and digital marketing) with specific targets.
  • Continuously prospect and generate new potential clients and business accounts.
  • Promote and market GYMGUYZ services to local businesses through outreach and meetings with decision-makers.
  • Build a network of prospective business partners.
  • Establish and maintain relationships; develop strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the franchise partner to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for new business partnerships.
  • Create and manage a monthly event calendar, participating in fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong business partnerships to gain client trust and meet their objectives.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience; a background in fitness is preferred.
