We are seeking a skilled High-Pressure System Service Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a leading provider of smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and location.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for performing service and repairs on high-pressure systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. This includes wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pump systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault diagnosis and repair: Use prescribed troubleshooting procedures to diagnose and repair equipment, referring to technical manuals and other resources as needed.
  • System interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software, and operational product manuals.
  • Customer service: Demonstrate a high level of customer service, with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.
  • Independent work: Work independently, with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, and perform physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment weighing up to 70 lbs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of documented experience in Fire Sprinkler industry performing service and repair to Sprinkler and Suppression systems.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements. NICET Level I or II certification and Backflow certification are a plus.
