Referrals are highly valued, and we recognize that good referrals are hard to come by, which is why we offer a unique incentive for anyone who refers a candidate to us. We provide referral bonuses for up to three assignments for the clinician you refer.

To qualify, referrals must be candidates not already in our database, and assignments must be a minimum of 13 weeks in length, with subsequent assignments occurring within 30 days of the previous one to be eligible.

Loyalty Program:
We appreciate hard work and dedication, and our Loyalty program reflects this. Earn exclusive rewards and benefits as you accumulate hours toward your loyalty milestones.

Rewards are based on the number of hours worked, not the number of assignments, so the more you work, the more you earn.

We strive to provide achievable milestones that can be reached before the conclusion of your assignment, not just afterward. We understand that you have options when selecting an agency, so at The Memorial Hospital, loyalty is rewarded. Accumulated hours will expire after one year of inactivity from your last assignment and reset to zero.
