As a Direct Support Professional 3, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living, creating opportunities for them to develop their skills and foster independence.

You will provide services to individuals according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.

This role requires a valid driver's license and a minimum of one year of driving experience. You must also have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as organizational and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
