Position Overview

Reno Staffing is on the lookout for a dedicated and reliable Sales Account Executive who possesses exceptional networking and marketing abilities. Main Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth.
  • Identify and research new clients to initiate business opportunities.
  • Utilize various sales techniques (including door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, and group marketing) to close leads.
  • Assess potential client needs to cultivate productive, long-lasting relationships.
  • Engage in marketing activities, such as designing promotional materials, managing databases, and overseeing social media presence.
  • Network by researching relevant events, attending them, and building connections while maintaining relationships.
  • Expand and maintain the client database.
  • Provide weekly reports to the team.
