  • The Bartender will be tasked with serving customers at our main bar and processing drink orders for the dining area, while also overseeing the cash register at the bar.
  • Provide a consistently high standard of customer service to every guest and ensure a secure environment by identifying problematic patrons and addressing them appropriately.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the bar area in accordance with company standards and local health regulations.
  • Accurately manage the cash drawer throughout the shift and be prepared to explain any discrepancies in the final cash count.
  • Prepare all beverages according to the serving sizes specified by company policies to minimize drink costs.
  • Establish an efficient work rhythm that keeps customers satisfied at all times.
Requirements

This role is crucial in shaping a guest's dining and bar experience. Consistency is vital for a positive experience, achieved by strictly adhering to recipes. A bartender should be friendly, approachable, and possess strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should be organized and capable of thinking and acting swiftly while maintaining composure.

  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in numerical tasks and cash handling.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hiring.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

This position operates behind the bar and may involve close interaction with colleagues. The noise level in the work environment can be elevated. Potential hazards may include, but are not limited to, cuts, slips, and trips. With reasonable accommodation, the physical demands include:
  • Walking and standing for the entire shift.
  • Regularly reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, stooping, and cleaning.
  • Remaining stationary for extended periods.
  • Frequent handwashing.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms for cutting, measuring, pouring, serving, carrying, and cleaning.
