  • Formal bartending education is preferred.
  • Must fulfill state legal age requirements.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for interactions with guests, kitchen staff, and management.
  • Possession of alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as mandated by local regulations.
  • Proficient reading and writing skills are necessary for order taking and documentation.
  • Basic mathematical skills are frequently utilized.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
Physical Requirements for the Bartender Position:
  • Ability to handle, carry, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds (e.g., barware, boxes, bottles).
  • Capability to navigate the bar, lounge, and kitchen efficiently and safely.
  • Proficient in handling food, products, and utensils safely and effectively.
  • Ability to bend, stand, stoop, and kneel as necessary.
