We are seeking a seasoned Territory Development Manager to expand our presence in the Southern California market and beyond. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to represent a leading manufacturer of automotive aftermarket refinishing supplies and contribute to our continued growth.

About the Role:

This is a field-based position that requires extensive driving and occasional out-of-town travel (25-50%) for cold calling on automotive and industrial accounts. As a key member of our sales team, you will present product demonstrations, provide expert product knowledge, and build lasting customer relationships.

Territory and Travel Requirements:

The territory covers Southern California, with potential expansion to neighboring states like Arizona and Nevada. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and driving sales growth in your assigned area.

Compensation Package:

Your compensation package includes a competitive base salary of $55,000, plus commission and car allowance, making this a lucrative opportunity for experienced sales professionals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior outside sales experience, particularly in the automotive industry;
  • Proven closing skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Experience with product demonstrations and training customers;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record;
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, including some overnight stays.
