Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Territory Manager to join our team at Stellantis Financial Services US. This role will be responsible for managing a designated territory of Stellantis OEM dealerships, focusing on indirect auto finance retail installment and lease contracts, commercial fleet accounts, and floor plan opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all dealer relationship matters, including retail consumer indirect finance, leasing, floor plan lead generation, and small business fleet development lead generation.
  • Develops and conducts effective training programs to achieve target application and contract volume penetration objectives through SFS OEM dealerships.
  • Ensures that the SFS relationship adds value to the dealership by supporting their goals and objectives as well as those of SFS.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Dealer Relationship Manager or similar role with an indirect auto finance company.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prior experience in a Captive Finance environment is preferred.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 per year, plus commission, depending on experience and qualifications.
