Job Title: Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our payroll services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team responsible for completing tasks related to client onboarding, including collection of information, configuration of tax codes, and coordination with UKGPS teams.
  • Work directly with clients on funding set-up and testing, UKG Community Payroll Services resource registration, and establishing contacts for payroll notifications.
  • Provide general training to clients on UKGPS processes and resources available.
  • Finalize review of tax and Ready Payroll Services configuration.
  • Manage internal and client escalations to resolution.
  • Develop and track metrics to identify trends and areas of opportunity in the UKGPS implementation process.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years of people management experience.
  • HR/Payroll/HCM domain experience.
  • Tax experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the track record of driving change and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work with all levels of individuals in an organization.
