Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: Up to $405k negotiable based on experience
  • Relocation: $30k
  • Sign-on Bonus: 15% of base salary
  • CME: 5 days + allowance
  • Student Loan Repayment: Through NHSC - ISH
  • Annual Base Increase: Up to 5%
  • PTO: Yes - Over 400 hours paid out if not used. Plus 13 Federal Holidays

Responsibilities and Facility Details

  • 4- or 5-day schedule - your choice
  • Mixture of individual and family treatment
  • Work with Adults 21 and older with severe and persistent mental illness
  • Our day program blends integrated behavioral and primary care services with a structured environment
  • Treatment plans focus on: Trauma, circumstances affecting daily living, plus group, individual, family, and couples therapy

Qualifications and Skills

  • BC or BE (out of residency/fellowship)
  • Experience working in IOP
