Medical Staff Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Time Program Associate to join our team at Access Alaska. As a key member of our Consumer Directed Personal Care Service (CDPCS) program, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to Consumers and their Direct Service Providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive professional relationships with coworkers, consumers, and community agencies and programs.
- Work cooperatively with other program staff, outside agencies, and care providers regarding consumer needs.
- Maintain all databases with accurate consumer information and track due dates for required paperwork.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience working in health/human service and non-profit fields.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines while effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly proficient in MS Office and database management.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
