Behavioral Health Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Alaska Behavioral Health. As a Clinician, you will provide community-based services to adults experiencing mental illness in Wasilla and the Matanuska valley area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, treatment planning, psychosocial skills training, individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and other services driven by client need.
- Work on a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive therapy services for adults experiencing mild, moderate, and severe mental illness.
Requirements:
- Master or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant field.
- Experience working with CMI clients, with a background in substance abuse treatment preferred.
- Personal transportation with a clean 5-year driving record and Alaska vehicle insurance.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay range of $60,000 to $77,649 depending on experience.
- Annual incentive opportunity of up to $18,000.

- Generous benefits, including two healthcare options, 401k with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, and 5 weeks of PTO for the first year, and 8 weeks of PTO after the first year.
