Fitness Career Development Specialist

As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will have the opportunity to develop and refine your approach to programming, education, business, and financial planning. Under the guidance of two dedicated managers, you will create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients, while maintaining an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members
• Interact with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
• Service and hospitality skills to provide exceptional member experiences
Requirements
• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program
• Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants
