Your responsibilities will include delivering direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children, utilizing therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of the client. You'll also attend family care meetings with other providers, comply with clinic policies and laws, and maintain documentation and communication in line with legal and ethical standards. We're looking for a candidate with a master's degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field. You should possess a current unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) in Massachusetts. You'll need to be available to work 3-5 evenings per week, between the hours of 2-7pm. The base pay range for this opening is $47.79 to $59.74 per hour.
