About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Mobile Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our mobile customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to mobile customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell our mobile products and services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6+ months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
