Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
- Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
- High regard for time management.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
