ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Overview:

The Airport Operations Leader at OTG Management is a key senior management role responsible for overseeing all restaurant and market operations while managing airport and corporate initiatives. This includes staffing, training, food quality assurance, guest services, and adherence to all operational policies and procedures. The Airport Operations Leader is accountable for achieving business outcomes aligned with operational objectives and supporting managers and team members in implementing necessary changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of pride, collaboration, and success within the unit.
  • Oversee the ordering process within the unit.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Guarantee timely delivery of all projects within established scopes.
  • Manage unit scheduling for both managers and team members.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to managers and team members.
  • Direct teams to meet and exceed company standards.
  • Handle administrative tasks and follow-up as needed.
  • Assign and clarify responsibilities for leadership; set deadlines for task completion.
  • Guide the team towards achieving operational goals.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere for both management and staff.
  • Ensure a safe workplace by adhering to all safety policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business, or Culinary Arts.
  • 3 to 5 years of senior management experience in multi-unit operations.
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Commitment to serving others, including crew, colleagues, and leaders.
  • Proven reliability, personal motivation, and leadership; ability to lead by example.
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and dedication to OTG values.
  • Ability to train, delegate, coach, and support the development of team members and leaders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including days and holidays.
  • Ability to pass background checks as required.
