Position Overview

The Four Points by Sheraton Houston Airport IAH is seeking a dedicated Shuttle Driver/Security professional. This role involves overnight shifts and is part-time in nature.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Shuttle Driver/Security individual who is at least 21 years old, possesses a clean driving record, and demonstrates exceptional customer service abilities. Familiarity with the local area is essential, along with additional responsibilities related to hotel security.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Providing transportation for guests to and from nearby dining and entertainment venues.
  • Assisting guests and staff by opening doors.
  • Valet parking services for vehicles.
  • Managing laundry check-ins from external services and delivering laundry items.
  • Facilitating room deliveries as needed.
  • Handling luggage for guests with care.
  • Ensuring vehicles are fueled and maintained in a clean condition.
  • Adhering to safe driving practices.
  • Documenting any incidents or traffic violations.
  • Keeping a log of driving times and destinations.
  • Providing directions and assistance to guests.
  • Completing special deliveries or errands for the Executive Office.
  • Conducting daily mail collection and distribution.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is mandatory.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs is required (this includes loading and unloading vehicles, as well as delivering packages).
  • Availability to work on weekends is essential.
