About Imprivata: Imprivata is seeking a Customer Success Manager I to enhance our customer experience and drive satisfaction. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions.

Position Overview:

  • Engage proactively with Mid to Tech Touch clients
  • Facilitate value realization for customers and uncover additional sales opportunities
  • Mitigate customer attrition through effective risk assessment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to manage data proficiently
  • Spot potential upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Relay customer insights to leadership
  • Lead strategic projects and enhance program efficiency
  • Provide expert knowledge and foster customer advocacy within the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the cybersecurity and digital identity sectors is advantageous
  • 1-2 years of pertinent experience in software services
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong history of promoting customer success
  • Proven analytical skills and the ability to manage complex situations
  • Exceptional collaboration abilities across various functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
