Development Associate

Our client, a reputable Non-Profit Organization in NYC, is seeking a skilled Development Associate to assist with processing donations and administrative tasks. This role requires experience using Raisers Edge or Salesforce and offers a competitive hourly rate of $23-28, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Process donations and compose acknowledgement letters.
  • Maintain donor management database: Raisers Edge.
  • Create monthly fundraising reports.
  • Maintain guest lists and support for fund-raising events.
  • Handle administrative tasks for leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree plus equivalent progressively responsible work experience is required.
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in a not-for-profit development office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and Google Apps.
  • Familiarity with Raisers Edge.
