Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple departments, handling clerical duties, and assisting with admissions paperwork and patient records.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Business Office, Admissions, and Social Services departments.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, phone calls, and scheduling.
- Assist with admissions paperwork and help maintain accurate patient records.
- Support the Business Office with billing and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with the Social Services department to ensure timely communication and documentation.
- Prior administrative or office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
