">Your Opportunity">
  • Manage tasks and projects according to approved scopes of work, delivering quality reports on schedule and within budget.
  • Interact and interface with clients and environmental regulators.
  • Participate in Health, Safety and Environment (HSSE) Policies, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines in the execution of all work.
  • Assignments/projects are advanced in nature and require the application of mature knowledge.
  • Responsible for planning and conducting assignments/projects having broad scope for independent accomplishment and coordination of difficult tasks.
  • Provide supervision, training, technical direction, and mentoring to more junior staff.
  • Review work of junior staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">You will be responsible for:">
  • Execution of successful Phase I archaeological surveys, Phase II testing, and data recovery.
  • Conduct or request records searches at CHRIS Information Centers, federal, state, and tribal agencies as needed.
  • Provide well-reasoned recommendations as to site eligibility and integrity.
  • Construction monitoring.
  • Contributing to the preparation of archaeological reports.
  • Represent Stantec in interactions with clients, agency personnel, and Native American tribal members.
  • Coordinating with GIS staff, PIs, or project managers to collect and manage field data and forms.
  • Assist with permitting applications (Organic Act, ARPA, USFS, BoR, BLM FWAs, state, tribal).
  • Participate in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Policies, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines in the execution of all work.
  • Good driving record and valid driver's license required.
