Job Title: Developmental Disability Care Coordinator

Caregiver, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Developmental Disability Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Salary: $38,000 - $58,000 per year

Job Description:

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related documents
  • Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to develop and implement effective quality assurance processes
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance procedures and best practices
  • Communicating with direct-support staff to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Assisting in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Coordinating with the support center to ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting the Program Manager in reviewing and revising Individual Service Plans
  • Providing general administrative support to the Quality Assurance team

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with QSR reporting software
