Job Title: Developmental Disability Care Coordinator
Caregiver, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Developmental Disability Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Salary: $38,000 - $58,000 per year
Job Description:
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related documents
- Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to develop and implement effective quality assurance processes
- Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance procedures and best practices
- Communicating with direct-support staff to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assisting in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Coordinating with the support center to ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the Program Manager in reviewing and revising Individual Service Plans
- Providing general administrative support to the Quality Assurance team
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with QSR reporting software
